About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer with 5+ years of experience in developing enterprise-level training programs for software implementations or technology projects.
Contract: St Louis, Missouri, US
Salary Range: $40-45/hr

Responsibilities
- Develop and design enterprise-level training programs for software implementations or technology projects.
- Create e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and quick reference guides.
- Utilize strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Work with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SABA or similar.
- Communicate effectively and write technical content.
- Manage multiple projects independently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.
- Experience developing enterprise-level training programs for software implementations or technology projects.
- Experience creating e-learning, instructor-led training, job aids, and quick reference guides.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably SABA or similar.
- Strong communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
