We are looking for an Instructional Designer to support the creation of video-based learning and digital training content. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to create content that is clear, engaging, and effective. Depending on your experience, you will have the opportunity to take increasing ownership of content and projects over time.

Responsibilities

• Create and produce training videos and multimedia learning content
• Record and edit screen recordings, voiceovers, and video materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate knowledge into learning content
• Structure and organize content into clear, engaging learning experiences
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency across training materials
• Manage multiple tasks and contribute to project timelines and deliverables
• Support localization and updates for global audiences

Requirements

• Experience or strong interest in video editing, multimedia production, or content creation
• Familiarity with tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear and structured content
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative and proactive mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with instructional design, e-learning, or training content
• Understanding of learning principles such as adult learning
• Interest in visual design, storytelling, or user experience
