We invite an Integration Manager to join the VeliPayments team within Turnkey. Payments is our all-in-one gateway built for speed, simplicity, and security. Battle-tested on real gaming floors, it brings multiple methods into one flow - no friction, just fast & trusted transactions that keep the game moving.

Responsibilities

• Manage the integration of our platform with third-party services using APIs (payment systems, banks, etc.).
• Connect our platform with online merchants using API.
• Analyze and optimize requirements documentation related to monitoring interactions.
• Optimize the platform and external systems integration processes.
• Keep internal integration documentation up-to-date.
• Provide support to ensure stable integrations with external systems, including incident management and monitoring key quality indicators of interactions.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Support) to ensure seamless integration processes and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Understanding of the FinTech domain, especially payments processes like Visa/Mastercard, Internet acquiring, payment cards, e-wallets, payment systems, 3D Secure, etc.
• Experience with task tracking systems (Jira, Confluence)
• Practical experience (1 year+) in conducting new integrations and maintaining existing ones with payment systems, banks, PSPs.
• Experience with logs analysis and monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, etc.
• Proficiency in API technologies (REST API, JSON, HTTP), experience with tools like Postman.
• Intermediate-level English proficiency for reading technical documentation and communicating with external support.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

Nice to Have

• Experience in roles such as Technical Support Engineer or QA.
• Understanding of PCI DSS purpose and processes.
