About the Position

We are looking for ambitious fresh graduates and final-year students to join our 2-month structured Internship Program in Bahrain!

This program is designed to give you hands-on experience inside a fast-paced global organization through real projects, active mentorship, and cross-functional exposure across our regional ecosystem.

Available Functional Tracks

• People Operations (Tech/HR): People Operations bridges high-growth talent acquisition with organizational scale, treating employees as internal customers to optimize both productivity and culture.
• Marketing (Brand, CEM & Campaigns): Full-funnel acquisition, customer retention, and brand resonance by bridging creative brand activations with rigorous campaign analytics.
• tMart / Q-Commerce (Commercial): The Commercial division of the quick-commerce grocery business focuses on gross merchandise value (GMV), product margins, and stock availability across darkstores.
• Sales (Operations & Account Management): Drives revenue by acquiring, onboarding, and scaling partnerships with merchants and B2B vendors.
• IT & Infrastructure (Darkstore Networking): IT Infrastructure builds and maintains the foundational network stack required to run high-speed micro-fulfillment centers with zero downtime.
• Logistics (Vendor to Last-Mile Operations): Logistics governs the physical movement of orders from vendor handover all the way through live dispatch and last-mile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own Real Deliverables: Work on live, impactful projects within your chosen function rather than side tasks.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner alongside experienced professionals locally and connect with regional teams across the MENA region.
• Day-to-Day Execution: Gain practical exposure to how a tech-driven, fast-growing multinational operates.
• Continuous Growth: Participate in feedback loops and mentorship sessions to accelerate your professional development.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or final-year student with a Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to your chosen functional track.
• 0–1 year of professional experience.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of tasks.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
