About the Position

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is a leading local delivery platform operating in around 65 countries worldwide. We are seeking an Intern to join our team in Tunis, Tunisia, to support the growth of top and SMB accounts, enhancing local community growth and providing valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of Top or SMB Accounts.
• Serve as a point of reference for operational tasks.
• Build reports and automate data analysis.
• Help the team define and pursue the long-term strategy for the portfolio in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertisement, and Operations.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to create and apply tailored solutions for partners.
• Be proactive in problem-solving and delivering insights and improvements via data-driven reporting.

Requirements

• Languages: French, English
• Highly data-driven
• Good commercial skills to influence, retain, and grow partners through persuasive communication, negotiation, and data-backed storytelling.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills to manage a portfolio of accounts simultaneously.
• Good level of autonomy, organization, and speed of execution.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets & Workspace.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
