Internal Audit Director（内部監査室長）

【内部監査】グローバル内部監査室長｜世界15ヵ国・地域に展開する成長企業のJ-SOX・内部統制構築
Responsibilities
- 国内および海外グループ子会社を対象としたJ-SOX・内部統制の構築・評価・運用
- 内部監査計画の策定、およびそれに伴う監査の実施（年間数回程度の海外拠点への往査含む）
- 経営陣（社長・取締役）へのダイレクトな監査結果報告、および改善提案
- 監査法人や外部コンサルタント、社内の各コーポレート部門（経理・法務等）との連携・調整
- 専属の内部監査スタッフ（1名）のマネジメント、および業務の舵取り

Requirements
Must-Have Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in J-SOX tasks (evaluation, construction, or operation)
- 3+ years of internal audit experience
- Ability to understand and personally engage in the overall J-SOX response and processes required for listed companies
Preferred Requirements
- Practical experience using English (comfortable with communication with overseas members and international audits)
- Team management experience
- Understanding of rapidly changing industries (digital marketing, DX, AI, etc.)
- Experience with auditing firms or J-SOX consulting firms
