About the Position
Would you like to work in a dynamic and committed team? Are you reliable, tech-savvy, and have experience repairing electronic devices? The safe, experienced use of a PC and the MS Office package is a matter of course for you?
Responsibilities
Your main area of activity includes the repair, inspection, and maintenance of our identification technologies. You identify and eliminate the causes of the problem. In addition to repairing hardware, your daily tasks include, among other things, creating error analyses, repair reports, and offers.
Your Profile
You have completed training in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics or a comparable professional qualification. You are proficient in common Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel. Independent work and technical-analytical problem-solving skills are the order of the day for you. A strong service and customer orientation, team spirit, and a friendly, convincing demeanor complete your profile.
Your Tasks
- Processing customer service cases and providing initial information to customers on our service telephone
- Repair and maintenance work on mobile data capture devices, barcode scanners, and label printers
- Communication with our manufacturers
- Configuration of customer devices

Your Tasks
- You support our customers in installing and using our mobile applications on Windows / Android and are available to help with problems and questions
- You can answer daily FAQs about mobile barcode terminals with ease
- You solve small, easily solvable problems quickly and independently with the customer via remote maintenance. In more complex cases, you analyze the problem and question it critically in order to provide our development department with the best possible support with detailed information for problem analysis
- You mediate between the customer and our sales, technology, development, and project management departments
- Through your close collaboration with the other departments, you provide new impetus for our product development and, together with our developers, create new improvements in our applications every day
What Are You Bringing With You?
- Completed IT training or relevant professional experience
- Initial experience in user support desirable
- Fun and joy in dealing with our customers
- Basic knowledge of everyday logistics processes desirable
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, SQL databases, Windows operating systems, and data networks
- Independent, analytical, and, in particular, problem-solving-oriented way of working
- Quick comprehension and the desire to master new technologies and challenges
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
