About the Position
Growe welcomes those who are excited to:
- Support activities of the group's companies in different regions, including licensing and other regulatory matters (Asia, Africa, LatAm, etc.);
- Draft, proofread, and negotiate various types of agreements such as MSAs, SLAs, insertion orders, marketing and sponsorship agreements, PSP agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs;
- Provide day-to-day legal support to different teams (e.g., billing, marketing, finance team, and others) regarding operational activity and ad hoc requests in corporate, contractual, and intellectual property matters;
- Represent the legal function in cross-team cooperation;
- Draft and proofread terms and conditions, privacy policies, etc.;
- Communicate and coordinate the work of external counsels from different jurisdictions;
- Handle registers of contracts, companies, corporate, and related documentation.

Requirements
- Experience in consulting on corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters for at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of international corporate, commercial, and contractual law;
- Experience in international companies or abroad;
- Fluent command of the English language, both written and oral (with knowledge and understanding of legal English).
