Internet Targeting Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking an Internet Targeting Specialist to create high-performing ad campaigns on social media platforms and drive strong conversion rates. If you're familiar with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads algorithms, and you combine creative thinking with analytical skills - we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Set up and launch targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Segment audiences and create Lookalike and Retargeting campaigns
• Analyze ad performance, optimize budgets and bidding strategies
• Collaborate on ad creatives: brief designers, test formats
• Implement pixels, UTM tags, and configure events via GTM
• Prepare reports and recommendations for campaign improvement
• Monitor digital marketing trends and adopt new tools and strategies

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a targeting specialist
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Experience with analytics tools: Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar
• Understanding of marketing fundamentals, sales funnels, and user behavior
• Creativity, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of graphic editors is a plus
• Fluent in Ukrainian
• English sufficient for reading technical documentation
