About the Position
We are a digital agency specializing in PPC advertising and performance marketing. We are seeking a Project Manager to coordinate ad campaigns, manage teams, and deliver results for clients. If you are proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads, ROAS, and KPI, you will find working with us exciting!
Responsibilities
- Management of PPC projects: planning, launch, monitoring, and optimization
- Setting tasks for targetologists, analysts, designers, copywriters
- Communication with clients: gathering briefs, agreeing on strategies, presenting results
- Monitoring deadlines, budgets, and campaign effectiveness
- Maintaining internal documentation, timelines, and reporting
- Analyzing key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions
- Identifying bottlenecks in campaigns and finding ways to improve
- Coordinating A/B tests, implementing new tools and approaches
Requirements
- Experience as a project manager in digital or PPC direction - from 1 year
- Understanding of the principles of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads
- Knowledge of analytics basics: Google Analytics, GTM, Data Studio
- Ability to work with task managers (ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
- High level of communication skills and organization
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Ukrainian, English at the level of business communication
- Willingness to develop in the field of performance marketing
