About the Position

Інженер-технолог (фрезер ЧПК)

Атлон Авіа, НВП, a leading Ukrainian scientific and manufacturing enterprise in the field of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), is seeking a CNC Milling Process Engineer to join our team. The role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing machining processes for parts on CNC machines in accordance with technical requirements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of models for milling
• Writing control programs (CAM) (NC Studio – control for the machine, Autodesk PowerMill – for writing)
• Selection of workpiece setup
• Selection of tools and cutting modes
• Test processing of the first part
• Optimization of the machining cycle
• Control of accuracy and tolerances
• Creation of technological maps and changes in technological processes

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of CNC and CAM – ability to program milling machines and optimize the machining cycle.
• Process analysis and preparation of parts – ability to evaluate designs for manufacturability and tolerances.
• Accurate fitting of workpieces, tool handling, basic lathe maintenance.
• Process optimization and quality control – ability to reduce cycle time, minimize scrap, and record changes.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks
