About the Position

Атлон Авіа, НВП, a leading Ukrainian enterprise in the field of unmanned aviation, is actively expanding and invites you to join our team as a CNC Laser Technologist.

Responsibilities

Preparation of models for milling
Writing control programs (CAM) (NC Studio – control for the machine itself, Autodesk PowerMill – for writing)
Selection of workpiece setup
Selection of tools and cutting modes
Test processing of the first part
Optimization of the processing cycle
Control of accuracy and tolerances
Creation of technological maps and making changes to technological processes

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of CNC and CAM - ability to program milling machines and optimize the processing cycle
Technological analysis and preparation of parts - ability to assess designs for manufacturability and tolerances
Accurate fitting of workpieces, tool handling, basic lathe maintenance
Process optimization and quality control - ability to reduce cycle time, minimize scrap, and record changes
Additional knowledge of SolidWorks
