Responsibilities

• Technical Evaluation: Assess offers and scopes of construction, installation, energy, and telecommunications works.
• Compliance Verification: Verify the compatibility of proposed solutions with the order, project documentation, technical standards, and formal requirements.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze estimates and calculations, and evaluate the appropriateness of scope, quantities, rates, and costs.
• Acceptance Documentation: Verify acceptance documentation and confirm the conformity of completed works with the order scope and quality requirements.
• Quality Control: Plan and conduct on-site audits, site visits, and quality control at telecommunications facilities.
• Non-Compliance Documentation: Document discrepancies, formulate corrective recommendations, and monitor their implementation.
• Standard Development: Support the development of technical standards, checklists, and evaluation principles and documentation.
• Collaboration: Work with technical, analytical, and business teams to prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Education: Higher technical education, preferred fields: construction, telecommunications, electrical engineering, energy, or related.
• Experience: Professional experience in the construction, modernization, acceptance, or maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Skills: Practical experience in evaluating offers, technical documentation, estimates, or work acceptances.
• Knowledge: Excellent understanding of the construction and modernization process of base stations and passive, energy, and technical infrastructure of telecommunications objects.
• Legal Knowledge: Good knowledge of building law, the investment process, and project, execution, post-execution, and acceptance documentation.
• Technical Skills: Ability to technically evaluate estimates, work scopes, and the appropriateness of CAPEX/OPEX costs.
• Audit Skills: Ability to conduct technical audits, identify discrepancies, and formulate corrective recommendations.
• Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze technical and cost data.
• Business Requirements: Ability to define business requirements and collaborate with analysts and IT teams in developing reports and applications.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, inquisitiveness, independence, analytical, process, and systems thinking.
• Driving License: Category B driving license and willingness to travel for audits and site visits.
• Language: Good knowledge of English for working with technical and contractual documentation.

Nice to Have

• Building Licenses: Construction licenses in the relevant specialty.
• Experience: Experience with telecommunications operators, infrastructure partners, or general contractors.
• Technical Audits: Experience in technical audits, acceptances, or quality controls of telecommunications infrastructure.
• Tools: Knowledge of reporting tools, data analysis, or process modeling.

5. Data Transfers: Data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.

6. Data Retention: Data will be retained for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

   • Conducting the recruitment process.
   • If you consent to participate in future recruitments, for 2 years from the submission of the application or until you withdraw your consent.
   • For potential claims. After the purpose ceases, the data will be deleted.

7. Your Rights:

   • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
   • Access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer, object, and withdraw consent for data processing.
