Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards, implementation patterns, and best practices for AI solutions in the organization.
• Design and oversee the architecture of AI solutions and AI platforms in Google Cloud and IBM watsonx environments.
• Analyze new services and technologies from Google Cloud, GenAI, Agentic AI, and watsonx.
• Analyze and consult on the architecture and technical projects of new and modified IT systems migrated to the cloud; substantive supervision of project work.
• Analyze and select appropriate services and solutions available on public cloud and on-premises platforms that meet the requirements of ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Prepare required documentation: architectural, design, system, and user documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, including 1 year in a similar position (experience in the telecommunications sector is a plus).
• Knowledge of public cloud technologies and infrastructure (primarily Google Cloud).
• Basic knowledge of IBM watsonx (watsonx.ai, watsonx.data, watsonx.governance) or willingness to acquire competencies in this area.
• Knowledge of Vertex AI, Gemini, RAG, or other AI platforms is a plus.
• Interest and willingness to develop in the areas of AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and cloud architecture.
• Knowledge of Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps.
• Ability to specify systems and create clear technical documentation.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, ability to share knowledge.
• English language proficiency at a communicative level, comfortable with technical documentation.

INFORMATION CLAUSE

1. The personal data administrator is Polkomtel sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Konstruktorska 4, hereinafter "Polkomtel".
2. The administrator has appointed a data protection officer, who can be contacted at: [email protected] or by sending written correspondence to the administrator's registered office.
3. Personal data will be processed for:

• in the case of employment under a civil law contract - to conduct and resolve the recruitment process with your participation, based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, where the legally justified interests pursued by the administrator, then conducting and resolving the recruitment process;
• in the case of your separate consent - for the purpose indicated in the consent, based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. a of the GDPR. Expressing consent in this case is voluntary, and the consent given can be revoked at any time (which does not affect the legality of actions taken before its withdrawal);
• for the purpose of possible establishment, investigation, or defense against claims, based on art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, where the legally justified interests pursued by the administrator, then conducting and resolving the recruitment process.

1. Personal data may be disclosed to authorized data recipients based on separate provisions, entities cooperating with the Administrator, entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, and companies belonging to the Polsat Plus Capital Group.
2. Personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
3. Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose:

• i.e., conducting the recruitment process,
• if you have given consent to participate in future recruitments for a period of 2 years from the submission of the application or until the consent is withdrawn,
• for the possible establishment, investigation, or defense of claims. After the purpose of processing ceases, the data will be deleted.

1. The data subject has the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• request access to personal data and the right to correct, delete, or restrict processing, as well as the right to data portability, i.e., the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format if technically feasible;
• object to processing on the basis of their particular situation;
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if they believe that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR.

1. In the case of employment under a civil law contract - providing data is voluntary, however, not providing data may result in the inability to consider your candidacy.
2. Data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, or subject to automated decision-making.
