About the Position

We are seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes and ensure efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical documentation to determine production routes and calculate production times
• Describe the production process using individual operations and catalog them in the time calculation tool
• Collaborate with planning and production departments to ensure data accuracy and timely customer shipments
• Monitor the quality and consistency of production time data
• Participate in the implementation of new products by preparing and verifying time calculations
• Create and develop models/algorithms in the dedicated IT system
• Participate in the development of applications for calculating production times
• Participate in workshops/optimization projects for production processes/products

Requirements

• Higher education, technical profile
• Experience working in a manufacturing company
• Knowledge of production process engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of ERP systems is welcome
• Data analysis skills
• English language proficiency at a communicative level
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies in theory and practice
• Communicativeness
• Ability to organize one's own work
