About the Position

We are currently seeking a Sales Support Engineer for our client, an international software company based in Warsaw, Poland. The company specializes in providing solutions such as intelligent transport systems. The role involves technical support for sales, including analyzing tender documentation, preparing offer queries, and managing technical aspects of sales offers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze tender documentation and offer queries;
• Prepare offer queries for subcontractors and analyze collected offers;
• Prepare formal and technical offer documentation;
• Prepare sales calculations and offers;
• Manage the technical aspects of created offers;
• Collaborate with teams supporting offer preparation;
• Manage tender documentation;
• Ensure the proper flow of information and documentation;
• Manage the database of projects, clients, and subcontractors;

Requirements

• Higher technical education, e.g., in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or Telecommunications;
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of public procurement law and experience in preparing offers for public procurement procedures;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Very good organization of own work and ability to set priorities;
• Proactivity and willingness to travel for work;
• Knowledge in the field of transport telematics, databases, and computer networks is welcome;
