About the Position

We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Sales for our client, an international software company providing solutions such as intelligent transport systems. The role is based in Warszawa, Poland.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support for ITS systems sales;
• Analyzing tender documentation and request for proposals;
• Preparing request for proposals for subcontractors and analyzing collected offers;
• Preparing formal and technical offer documentation;
• Preparing sales calculations and offers;
• Managing the technical aspects of created offers;
• Collaborating with teams supporting offer preparation;
• Managing tender documentation;
• Ensuring the proper flow of information and documentation;
• Managing the database of projects, clients, and subcontractors;

Requirements

• Higher technical education, e.g., in Telematics, Transport, Electronics, Electrical, Industrial Automation, or Telecommunications;
• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with ITS solutions;
• Knowledge of transport telematics, databases, and computer networks;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Very good organization of own work and ability to set priorities;
• Proactivity and willingness to travel for work;

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of public procurement law and experience in preparing offers in public procurement procedures;
