Responsibilities

Be a key owner of the analysis process and drive AI-powered tool integration
Lead requirements analysis for web, eCommerce, and mobile apps development initiatives
Proactively collect and translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with developers on system integrations analysis, API contracts, data models
Analyze existing workflows and system solutions to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members

Requirements

Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML diagram modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ownership mindset and a tech-savvy attitude toward improving analysis standards and integrating AI tools
Team player with an adaptive approach
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or other web technologies would be an advantage
