About the Position

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Engineer to join our team. Responsibilities

Build high-performance web and eCommerce solutions by using modern frameworks, clean architecture, and scalable design patterns
Define coding standards and project-specific best practices to ensure the team ships software that is reliable, maintainable, and scalable for long-term growth
Own and lead code reviews, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly while helping teammates level up through constructive feedback and mentorship
Shape technical offerings and solution proposals for potential and existing clients, ensuring they align with business needs and our team’s engineering strengths
Evaluate, introduce, and implement new technologies that support project objectives and move the organization’s technical direction forward (e.g. demonstrating effective development workflows and smart automation practices)

Requirements

Have 5+ years of proven hands-on experience building and maintaining complex eCommerce solutions using PHP and Symfony framework (v8)
Have knowledge of frontend frameworks and libraries (Vue.js, Nuxt.js, Next.js), HTML5, CSS3 (including frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap), and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Have experience with technologies such as Redis, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ or similar systems
Have a strong understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
Are proactive in identifying potential project risks and effectively communicating possible impacts and solutions to ensure smooth project execution
Have experience in building & launching public-facing products

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Sylius framework, familiarity with other programming languages (Python, Node.js, etc.)
Experience in mentoring and guiding team members, fostering an environment of innovation, teamwork, and continuous professional growth

Salary

5000 - 6600 Eur Gross. With the growth potential.
