Profile of the Employee

• Education: Higher education (preferred: computer science, telecommunications, or other technical education)
• Modeling: Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN for modeling processes and systems
• Analytical Experience: Commercial experience as an analyst in creating or implementing IT systems
• Requirements Gathering and Verification: Ability to efficiently gather, analyze, and transform requirements into programming tasks, and assertiveness in verifying their scope
• Foreign Languages: Very good knowledge of English in speech and writing (mandatory – daily work and meetings with foreign clients)
• Soft Skills: Self-discipline, good organization of one's own work, and the ability to creatively solve problems

Desirable (Advantages):

• Basics of Programming (Technical Background): Knowledge of Java / Groovy (will facilitate daily work)
• Knowledge of Standards and Processes: Knowledge of market specifications (e.g., TM Forum / TMF641, TMF652) or experience in the field of Service & Resource Order Management
• Methodologies: Knowledge of software engineering and the IT system production cycle

Responsibilities

• Analysis of client requirements, definition of use cases, and designing service and process models delivering them based on allocated resources
• Advisory and optimization of business processes and service/resource delivery in agreement with the foreign client
• Systematizing requirements, setting priorities, and defining tasks for development teams and process configuration personnel
• Creating complete project documentation and recording meeting agreements
• Conducting acceptance tests of the prepared solution based on defined use cases and tests
• Close cooperation with the foreign client and the project team (designers, programmers, and testers)
