IT Helpdesk Technician

Join Rumos as an IT Helpdesk Technician in Matosinhos, Porto, where you'll manage IT equipment, troubleshoot networks, and support new employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT equipment, troubleshoot networks, and support new employees.
• Create user accounts in Active Directory.
• Prepare equipment for new employees.
• Troubleshoot and manage Windows networks.
• Manage backups, IT equipment, and printers.

Requirements

• Academic qualifications equivalent to the 12th grade.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in onsite technical support.
• Experience in creating user accounts in Active Directory.
• Experience in troubleshooting and Windows network management.
• Experience in managing backups, IT equipment, and printers.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, dynamism, and proactivity.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to continuously learn.
