IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst

About the Position

We are currently seeking an IT Infrastructure & Operations Analyst for our client, a software solutions company serving clients in the professional services sector. The role is based in Warszawa, Poland and offers the possibility of remote work. The salary is negotiable.

Responsibilities

• Administration of high availability environments and production environments with an emphasis on Linux environments;
• Administration of IT systems at the physical component level (servers, storage arrays);
• System hardening;
• Analysis and proactive actions aimed at improving the security, performance, and availability of systems;
• Maintenance of cloud systems on various platforms and configurations;
• Participation in the implementation of new technologies and solutions;
• Maintenance of technical documentation;

Requirements

• Very good knowledge of Linux systems (e.g., Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL);
• At least 3 years of commercial experience in Linux system administration;
• Experience with virtualization (VMWare);
• Experience in administering high availability systems;
• Experience in administering web servers (Apache, Nginx);
• Knowledge of load balancing;
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible);
• Knowledge of cloud solutions (AWS/Azure, GCP);
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
• Very good knowledge of English;
