About the Position

We are seeking an IT Manager with strong leadership and technical expertise to join our team in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Aalborg, Denmark. As a Manager, you will be challenged in a position that requires strong leadership capabilities as well as technical expertise.

Responsibilities

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading large-scale IT projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Managing project teams, overseeing project risks, and ensuring high standards of quality, delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Playing a key role in client advisory services, business development activities, and proposal management.
• Contributing with strong technical expertise and acting as a trusted advisor on technical solution design and implementation.
• Serving as a mentor to consultants and senior consultants, supporting their professional development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A master's degree in engineering, computer science, software, IT, or a similar field.
• Strong technical expertise and relevant experience within the IT industry.
• Proven experience leading large and complex IT delivery projects, including projects utilizing agile development methodologies.
• Strong commercial awareness combined with the ability to build trust and lead high-performing teams.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
