About the Position
IT Network Supporter – Third Level (all genders)

Responsibilities
- You Care About Our Users: You handle customer inquiries (Third-Level-Support), provide assistance, search for and analyze errors – via email, but also with the customers on the phone.
- You Enjoy Communicating: You find suitable solutions and communicate them charmingly. Even in stressful situations, you remain friendly and patient.
- You Shape User Service: You create or improve documentation and instructions and like to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- You Love Variety: Besides customer communication, you also work closely with our administrators and form the interface between customers and internal IT.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions from Cisco
- Good knowledge of Datacenter solutions from Cisco
- Good knowledge of Security solutions from Fortinet or Cisco
- Comprehensive understanding of technology in the network area
- Advanced knowledge in handling all common network and internet protocols
- Certifications (CCNA, NSE) are advantageous
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing
- Good English language skills in speech and writing
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach
- Above-average level of service and customer orientation
- Several years of professional experience in the network area and experience with standard IT processes
