As a Junior IT Operations Engineer within our Lark team, you will be joining a brand-new, greenfield project from day one. We are launching and deploying Lark as our new enterprise collaboration suite. - Administer & Automate: Support daily account management, access controls, and platform configurations while learning to maintain accurate technical documentation. Have a knack for coding? We’ll encourage you to identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using scripting.
- Collaborate Globally: Get immediate exposure to international IT teams and global platform owners, learning how to consult stakeholders and align technical practices with a global digital strategy.
Requirements
- Education & Basics: A recent Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
- SaaS Curiosity: A strong interest in cloud technology, SaaS administration, and how global collaboration systems work under the hood.
- Technical Mindset: A basic understanding or academic exposure to IT service management (ITSM) principles, troubleshooting, or monitoring tools.
- Adaptability & Team Spirit: An adaptable mindset-since we are starting from scratch, you should be excited about navigating a dynamic, fast-evolving project landscape alongside a supportive global team.
- Language: Fluent English skills (written and spoken)-you’ll be using it daily to collaborate with our international teammates.
About the Company
We are a Bosch company, but we do not produce tangible objects such as DIY tools or car parts. Service is our product. We provide services and complex technology-driven solutions in the area Business Process Outsourcing, and this makes us unique in the Bosch world.
We work with leading companies from the automotive, travel, tourism, building, and telecommunications sectors across the world as well as other Bosch units. So besides having external clients, we also work for the Bosch Group itself, helping colleagues and divisions in other areas.
As part of the Bosch group, we operate in one of its four main business areas – the Building and Energy Technologies unit. There is a historical reason for it. We used to be part of Bosch Security Systems (producer of security hardware and security solutions). For them we managed, for example, ongoing product maintenance or the emergency and monitoring call center.
We Offer
Diversity is an integral part of our corporate strategy and is anchored as one of our values in the “We are Bosch” mission statement. For us, diversity is reflected in the uniqueness of our associates, their personalities, experiences, and perspectives. By including everyone and ensuring equal opportunities, we unleash our full potential. We are dedicated to ensuring that our hiring processes are fair, inclusive, and free from bias. We are committed to hiring individuals regardless of culture, generation, race, religion and belief, neurodiversity, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disabilities.
