IT Operations Engineer (x/w/m)

Intro
Unsere Senior Consultants führen komplexe Atlassian-Projekte und Cloud-Migrationen. Du hältst das Fundament stabil – durch zuverlässigen Betrieb der Systeme unserer Kunden und operative Aufgaben im Application Management bei unseren Kunden. Deine Arbeit schafft den Raum, in dem Beratung auf höchstem Niveau erst möglich wird.
Responsibilities
- Application Operations: Betrieb und Wartung von Jira und Confluence in Kundenumgebungen (Data Center & Cloud)
- Infrastruktur & Monitoring: Updates und Patch-Zyklen auf Linux-Servern (Ubuntu/Debian) und Überwachung der AWS/EKS-Umgebungen
- Automatisierung: Scripting mit Bash und Python für wiederkehrende Prozesse (Backups, User-Provisionierung)
- Dokumentation: Pflege der technischen Dokumentation und Knowledge-Base – damit Wissen im Team bleibt
Requirements
- Experience: Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Praxis in komplexen Atlassian-Umgebungen und nachweisbare Erfahrung mit Migrationen (DC to Cloud).
- Technical Skills:
- Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
- Linux/Windows Server
- Python
- Infrastructure as Code
- Datenbanken (PostgreSQL, MSSQL)
- Monitoring- oder Alerting-Tools
- Languages:
- Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher (C1/Native)
- Englisch: Stark genug (B2+)
- Nice-to-have:
- Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) Zertifizierungen
- Erfahrung im Automotive-Sektor (OEM/Zulieferer)
