IT Processes Analyst

About the Position

We are currently seeking an IT Processes Analyst for our client, an international FMCG company, based in Warszawa, Poland. The role involves analyzing IT processes within the corporation and creating recommendations for their improvement.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT processes within the corporation and create recommendations for their improvement;
• Analyze data and KPIs and create reports documenting the level of IT services provided to the business;
• Collaborate with global IT teams to analyze and improve IT processes;
• Implement IT processes resulting from best practices and in accordance with ITIL, as well as train global IT teams in process improvement (e.g., change management, best practices, reporting);

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience in analyzing processes in large organizations and creating recommendations for improving these processes (preferred experience in IT process analysis);
• Knowledge of IT Governance issues;
• Very well-developed communication skills;
• Experience working with large amounts of data and very good knowledge of MS Excel;
• Knowledge of ITIL processes;
• Ability to solve problems independently;
• Initiative and meticulousness in action;
• Fluent knowledge of English due to work in an English-speaking environment;
• Willingness to travel abroad for work (up to 10% of working time);
