About the Role
As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering IT projects. You will work closely with our development teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Plan projects, resources, and budgets.
- Create project teams.
- Organize all stages of the SDLC.
- Manage project risks.
- Monitor and analyze quantitative and qualitative project metrics and promptly make managerial decisions.
Requirements
- The experience working as a project manager in IT for 2 years.
- Work experience in outsourcing companies.
- Understanding and experience using IT project management frameworks (Scrum/Scrum ban/Kanban).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the development process.
- Define, estimate, and schedule project work to achieve business goals.
- Forecast, monitor, and manage project execution.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholder management through effective communication.
- Coordinate development teams and their leads.
- Support the entire Software Engineering cycle for the allocated set of projects (Customer Communications, Requirements Analysis, Architecture, Design, Implementation, Documentation, Testing, Deployment, Maintenance).
- Manage project risks.
- Monitor task fulfillment on time and report to management and customers.
- Project Documentation Management.
- Project Quality Assurance and Quality Management.
- Prepare new bids (technical and commercial proposals for new projects).
- Conversational level of English.
