IT Project Manager

About the Position

We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager for our client, an international software company operating in the finance and automotive sectors, located in Lublin, Poland. The role involves managing software development projects or Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Managing software development projects or Scrum teams;
• Managing project schedules, risks, team performance, and ensuring effective communication within project teams;
• Ensuring communication with other project teams;
• Participating in recruitment processes when assembling teams and in the technical verification of candidate competencies;
• Engaging operationally in projects as a Scrum Master or Product Owner if necessary;

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT sector;
• Very good knowledge of software development project methodologies (e.g., agile methodologies) and the latest software development practices;
• Previous experience in project work, such as a Java developer or team leader of a development team, is an advantage;
• Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner is an additional asset;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Highly developed communication skills;
• Willingness to travel for work (up to 15% of working time);
