About the Position
We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager for our client, an international financial sector company, located in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities
- Leading medium to large-scale IT projects in software development using agile methodologies
- Managing teams composed of various technology areas and distributed teams
- Involvement in financial sector projects
- Managing project budget, schedule, risk, and scope
- Ensuring clear project communication
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a dynamic and international environment
- Problem-solving skills (from problem assessment to solution selection)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies and software development projects
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, changes in work direction, and priorities
- Strong communication skills
- Assertiveness
- Willingness to travel for work (approximately 10-20%)
- Very good knowledge of English
