About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of IT Projects Manager for the implementation of the initiative in the sphere of development of the Platform of registers.
Key Responsibilities
- Formation and involvement of development teams.
- Management of development teams, and their coordination.
- Interaction with customers (ministries and authorities).
- Project management of IT systems and register creation on the Platform.
- Business analysis, reengineering of business processes of state registries and services.
- Formation of requirements for development and development of technical requirements.
- Support of teams at the stage of register development (data model, BP, forms, reports, etc.).
Requirements
- Higher education, technical education will be an advantage.
- At least 2 years experience as a developer, and database developer.
- Experience with business analysis tools, and fluency in BPMN notation.
- Understanding of the principles of software architecture.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, AWS, Git, Jenkins.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in documentation preparation.
- Experience with digital transformation projects or in the development of information and communication systems for 1 year.
- Excellent professional, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English.
