About the Position
East Europe Foundation announces a competition for the position of IT Projects Manager for the implementation of the initiative in the sphere of development of the Platform of registers.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultations with development teams on the Platform of registers and processing feedback from teams (5-10 development teams).
- Announcement of new versions of the platform (according to the releases, 2-4 releases).
- Aggregation of requests for new functionality and existing bugs from development teams (constantly throughout the year).
- Consultations of development teams at the onboarding stage of the training program (up to 5 teams).
- Consultations of teams at the stage of development of registers (data model, BP, forms, reports, etc. for up to 10 teams).
- Finding temporary solutions for preliminary solving tasks in the absence of functionality in the Platform.
- Updating the training program for the developers of registries.
- Development of methodological materials for the implementation of projects on the Platform of registers.
- Review of regulations provided by development teams (up to 10 regulations).
Requirements
- Higher technical education;
- At least 1 year of experience as a business analyst or database developer.
- Experience with business analysis tools, and fluency in BPMN notation.
- Understanding the principles of software architecture.
- Deep understanding of the public electronic registry system in Ukraine.
- General understanding of the software development process.
- General understanding of web application development, preferably in the public sector.
- Knowledge of e-democracy tools.
- Proven experience in developing business processes and technical specifications, functional requirements/technical specifications.
- Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders and finding balanced solutions.
- Experience in drafting documentation.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and working knowledge of English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in cooperation with the public sector.
- Experience in working with digital transformation projects for at least 1 year.
- Experience with microservices, Docker, AWS, Git, Jenkins.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
