Responsibilities

• Maintain and regularly update vendor databases and company records.
• Collect, compare, and input vendor pricing and product information into internal systems.
• Research and source new vendors to support business development and expand the company’s supplier network.
• Communicate with existing and potential vendors to gather information and clarify requirements.
• Review order specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Enter and organize data accurately while keeping records up to date.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent relevant experience
• B2 level of English
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
