About the Position

We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team at Limestone Digital. As an IT Recruiter, you will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, manage our candidates' database, and engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates.
• Enlarge and manage the candidates’ database.
• Maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents.
• Assist in integrating employees recruited into the team.
• Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in IT/digital companies.
• Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines.
• Knowledge and implementation of effective sourcing and outreach techniques using a variety of platforms and tools.
• Experience in recruiting internationally.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Team-oriented approach to your work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment within short deadlines.
• Upper-intermediate English level (speaking/writing).
• Excellent communication and relationship development skills.
• Autonomous, dynamic, and results-oriented approach.
• Problem-solving and open-mindedness.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
