About the Position

IT Recruiter, Kyiv

A group of companies, working in the IT and banking sectors for over 20 years.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment of Candidates

  • Clarifying the needs and forming expectations of internal clients;
  • Creating job advertisements considering target audiences and the company's value proposition;
  • Building a system for promoting job advertisements through various electronic channels (banner ads, websites, social networks, professional communities);
  • Managing the digital image of the employer company, promoting the value proposition.

• Selection of Potential Candidates

  • Preliminary screening of potential candidates;
  • Conducting interviews, assessing the professional and personal competence of potential candidates;
  • Working with the motivation of promising potential candidates to work in the company;
  • Building and managing the "candidate experience";
  • Training hiring managers in tools and methods for evaluating potential candidates, forming and calibrating a "unified evaluation field".

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Knowledge and experience in the practical application of various selection methods, types of personnel evaluation, and interview techniques;
• Understanding of the labor market for administrative, non-IT, and IT positions;
• Responsibility, honesty, initiative, and persistence in achieving results;
• Flexibility, diplomacy, analytical and critical mind;
• Experience with Jira is a plus.
