About the Position

We are seeking an IT Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team in Warsaw, focusing on IT recruitment projects.

Responsibilities

Acquisition and independent execution of recruitment projects for IT positions;
Establishing and expanding business relationships with company clients in the area of IT recruitment services;
Active search for candidates for IT positions;
Development of the candidate database;
Editing and publishing recruitment advertisements;
Screening candidate applications;
Conducting recruitment meetings and collaborating with clients on the implementation of recruitment projects;

Minimum of 2 years of experience in independently conducting recruitment for IT positions;
Experience supported by successes in working in a recruitment company and sales of recruitment services;
Theoretical knowledge of IT issues;
Goal-oriented mindset;
Openness and highly developed communication skills;
Ability to manage time and organize one's own work;
Initiative, engagement, and energy and motivation to work;
Good knowledge of the English language;
