About the Position
We are currently seeking an IT Security Engineer for one of our leading clients in the financial sector, located in Warszawa, Poland. The role involves designing and implementing IT security solutions, maintaining security measures, and analyzing potential threats to implement effective security solutions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing IT security solutions
- Maintaining IT security measures
- Analyzing potential threats and implementing effective security solutions
- Actively participating in project work
- Solving ongoing issues at the IT Security solution administrator level
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in IT security
- Knowledge of database security monitoring solutions (preferably Imperva DAM)
- Knowledge of DLP solutions (preferably Symantec DLP)
- Previous experience in maintaining system solutions (Windows, Linux, UNIX)
- Knowledge of cryptography
- Familiarity with cryptographic solutions (e.g., HP Security Voltage, Vormetric) is a plus
- Knowledge of application firewalls (Imperva WAF)
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL)
- IT security certifications are welcome
- At least a good knowledge of English
