About the Position
We are seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect with a strong background in infrastructure engineering, cloud technologies (Azure and Office 365), and IT solution architecture. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership abilities, including managing teams and overseeing IT operations. With a focus on automation and process optimization, this role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities
- Review and optimize system architecture for future scalability and performance.
- Act as a liaison between business users and senior management to communicate system architecture.
- Utilize ITIL, COBIT, and Agile methodologies, with a focus on process automation and integrations.
Requirements
- Azure: Expertise in Azure cloud technologies.
- Office 365: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- ITIL: Knowledge of Information Technology Infrastructure Library.
- COBIT: Familiarity with Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies.
- Agile: Experience with Agile methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Apple products: Experience with Apple product support.
- Network support: Strong network support skills.
- System migrations: Experience in system migrations.
- Process automation: Focus on process automation.
