About the Position

We are seeking an IT specialist for data center operations to join our team in Ukraine, ensuring smooth IT service administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Administration and support of IT services.
• Detection and resolution of IT system malfunctions.
• Technical support for users.
• Execution of maintenance regulations.
• Control of work of subcontracted service organizations.
• Maintenance of current operational documentation.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Work experience of at least 2 years according to professional competencies.

Required Professional Competencies

• Knowledge of the principles of building corporate services based on Microsoft software. Experience in administering AD, network services (DNS, DHCP, PKI), print service, Exchange, SQL. Basic programming skills.
• Proficiency in the theory of LAN construction. Familiarity with the Cisco product line in the LAN area. Experience in administering Cisco equipment.
• Knowledge of the basic principles of working in virtual environments. Practical knowledge and experience in administering virtual infrastructures based on VMware technologies.
• Support and maintenance of user workstations.

Preferred Professional Competencies

• Experience in administering SharePoint.
• Knowledge of the principles and understanding of technologies for building and DCS for data centers. Experience in servicing DCS elements.

Business Competencies

• Ability to work in accordance with corporate standards, policies, and methodologies.

Personal Qualities

• Responsibility, punctuality, self-motivation, ability to independently solve emerging problems.
