IT Support Specialist

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team at Evolution Georgia, a leading provider of online casino entertainment solutions. If you have a passion for technology and a knack for troubleshooting, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Installation and configuration of studio IT equipment, including video walls, video mixers, monitors, switches, signal converters, and CCTV cameras, utilizing software-defined tools, as well as hardware installation and daily maintenance.
• Performing technical quality assurance of live studio environments, preparing necessary report data, and filling protocols.
• Configuration, installation, and maintenance of video mixers, signal converters, splitters, and other video devices.
• Installation and maintenance of network equipment and cabling in studios, including low voltage, data, SDI, and optical fiber.
• Installation, calibration, and content setup for video walls, promotional tablets, and monitors.
• Installation and administration of CCTV cameras and servers.

Requirements

• Higher education in Telecommunications or Information Technology.
• Professional Working Proficiency in English.
• Deep knowledge and experience in network and video cable management, patching machines, labeling machines, and ethernet (RJ45) and coaxial (SDI) crimping tools.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Ability to accurately fulfill direct management orders and work tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
