Responsibilities

• Ensure the operation of our IT landscape
• Develop customer-oriented solutions with the team and implement them successfully
• Eliminate technical errors with your natural aversion to them, viewing them not as problems but as challenges
• Inspire others with your passion for stable and fail-safe systems
• Secure the operation of our production and TV platforms in a shift system to ensure our services remain reliably available

Requirements

• Experience in IT support and handling ticket systems
• Proficiency in virtualization, server clusters, Active Directory, and group policies
• Ideally, knowledge of network and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and a confident approach with internal customers
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Willingness to work in a shift system, including night, weekend, and public holidays
