About the Position

IT Support Specialist

As an experienced support specialist, you will work alongside your colleagues to resolve tickets and ensure our customers are satisfied. With your help, customers can quickly and easily continue with what they were doing. With various techniques (large customer environments, SharePoint environments, Office 365) and diverse clients, no day is the same.

Responsibilities

• With your service-oriented mindset, IT knowledge, and communication skills, you know exactly how to best support the customer;
• Your experience contributes to guiding our junior support staff;
• You take action by resolving as many tickets as possible yourself, especially workplace-related questions and issues such as Office 365, applications, printing, and telephony;
• You keep track of common problems in the knowledge base and ensure that all your innovative solutions are documented;
• For complex challenges, you enlist the help of engineers or the incident coordinator.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical service or helpdesk role;
• HBO work and thinking level;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure AD;
• Knowledge of networks and/or VoIP telephony is a plus.
