About the Role

We are looking for an IT System Analyst to shape modern, efficient, and digital input management solutions within our IT landscape.

In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that complex requirements are clearly defined, analyzed, and implemented effectively. You will play an essential role in translating business needs into high-quality IT solutions that support the strategic objectives of one of Europe’s leading insurance groups.

Responsibilities

Realizing visions by translating customer visions into tangible digital solutions that create real added value
Rethinking processes by analyzing existing business processes and developing innovative approaches – more efficient, more intelligent, and more customer-centric
Optimizing quality and discovering optimization potential before others see it, ensuring smooth systems and actively driving their continuous further development
Orchestrating our development process with modern methods and ensuring the flow from idea to implementation
Driving technologies forward
Creating future-oriented ideas that make our platforms more stable, future-proof, and competitive

Requirements

Fluency in written and spoken English
University degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a comparable field
At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methods and experience working in agile product teams, as well as confidence using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools for documentation and collaboration
Knowledge of requirements modeling (e.g., UML, BPMN) and process analysis. IREB certification is an advantage
Ability to work independently, set priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams and time zones, as well as occasional travel to workshops or other team locations
