Join us in transforming education across the APAC region! We're seeking a dynamic, creative, and proactive Education Program Officer to expand the Odoo Education Program to more educational institutions and push it to new heights.

About the Program

The Odoo Education Program empowers schools and universities by integrating real-world business software as an educational resource into their curriculum. Through hands-on learning experiences, we bridge theory and practice in digital transformation, accounting, eCommerce, supply chain management, and other practical topics.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include but are not limited to:

• Assist team members with the Odoo Education Program across the APAC region
• Help design and execute program strategies and promotional activities
• Assist with planning and managing educational initiatives, workshops, and campus visits
• Build and maintain relationships with educational partners
• Expand our educational network through strategic outreach

Requirements

• Must Have:

  • Students graduating between 2027 - 2029
  • Student currently studying in HK (open to both local & international students)
  • Fluent in spoken English + one APAC Languages
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong public speaking abilities
  • Creative thinker

• Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of business software
  • Knowledge of academic system
  • Available to participate in the internship program starting from Jan 2027, minimum 3 months availability is required
