Java Developer

About the Position

Ubiquiti Riga office is looking for a talented Java Developer for the UniFi Network Team. You’ll be working on UniFi Network application back-end to develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable features. Your work will have an impact on a large end-user base and you’ll be able to use products you develop at home.

Responsibilities

• REST API development to support Web & mobile applications
• Develop integrations with network device firmware and other UniFi OS applications
• Participate in all phases of development, including feature design

Requirements

• 5+ years developing Java applications
• Good understanding of SOLID principles
• Experience in web application development
• Experience with AI tools - Claude, Codex, etc.
• Fluent in English and Latvian

Nice to Have

• Spring or other web framework knowledge
• Experience with Bash and Unix
