About the Position

Web Recruiters is an IT Recruitment and IT Staff augmentation agency with extensive experience in the HR field and technical expertise in IT Outsourcing and web development. We are currently seeking a Java developer Middle/Senior level for a full-time, remote position with a French client based in Lyon, France.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Java Development using Spring Boot REST/Microservices, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Contribute to the redevelopment and migration of a legacy CRM.
• Interface with international teams and influence business lines.
• Ensure clear documentation of created/modified functionality.
• Demonstrate a passion for learning and willingness to adopt new technologies.

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Experience developing applications using Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
