Java Developer

About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled Java Developer for our client, a software company producing solutions for the banking sector. This is a hybrid role based in Warszawa, mazowieckie.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing web applications dedicated to the banking sector (e.g., global payments, corporate banking, digital customer onboarding, management panels, etc.);
• Ensuring the security and performance of developed applications;
• Writing automated tests;
• Participating in prototyping solutions and translating ideas into practical solutions and process improvements in an ISO-based environment;
• Working in an Ubuntu environment, IntelliJ IDEA.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in Java programming;
• Experience in backend application development and knowledge of most of the backend technologies based on the company's technology stack: Spring, Hibernate, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Maven, Gradle, Elastic Search, Kibana, Git, Flutter, React, TypeScript, Node.JS;
• Knowledge of front-end technologies from the mentioned technology stack is welcome;
• Experience with CI/CD processes;
• Experience with Jenkins or an alternative technology;
• Very good knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to work in agile methodologies such as SCRUM;
