About the Position
We are building a high-performing, agile sales team to drive the growth of our innovative CT Products business. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven, hunter-type salesperson who thrives on identifying new opportunities, closing high-value deals, and making a measurable impact in competitive markets.
In this role, you will target mid-to-large enterprises within the CPG, pharmaceutical, and consumer health industries, positioning our state-of-the-art CT Products as a transformative tool in their digital strategies. You will play a key role in shaping our market presence and driving adoption of technologies that deliver tangible business value.

Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and close new clients within target verticals, consistently expanding our customer base.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using cold outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends, positioning our solutions to stand out.
- Solution Selling: Deliver compelling product demos and craft tailored value propositions to address each client's unique business challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing to optimize messaging, campaigns, and materials to resonate with key industry audiences.
- Strategic Impact: Contribute insights to product and business strategy based on client feedback and market dynamics.
- Proposal Preparation: Work closely with Product Management and Delivery teams to craft compelling proposals.
Requirements
- Proven track record in B2B software sales, ideally in CRM or enterprise software.
- Hunter mentality: self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and persistent in pursuing new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; (French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.)
- Experience selling to organizations in CPG, pharmaceutical, or consumer health industries.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and key industry events.
