We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team in České Budějovice. If you enjoy problem-solving, are curious about how applications and systems work, and want to develop in an experienced team, we are looking for you.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and describing client requirements.
• Prepare simple specifications (use case scenarios, descriptions of functionalities and entities) under the guidance of more experienced colleagues.
• Participate in client meetings and take notes.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand what needs to be developed.
• Gradually learn how to prepare complete specifications for development.

Requirements

• Basic experience with IT, project management, or analysis (e.g., from school, internship, course).
• Interest in IT, software, and technology – years of experience are not necessary, motivation is key.
• Good communication skills and the ability to listen.
• Ability to think logically and in context.
• Knowledge of English at a level that allows you to read documentation and communicate at a basic level (min. B1).
