About the Position

We are seeking a (Junior) Business Intelligence & AI Manager (m/w/d) for our CHECK24 Mobilfunk team in Cologne, focusing on data-driven innovations and product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Reporting & Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using modern Business Intelligence tools like Apache Superset or Tableau.
• Product Impact: Derive actionable insights and optimization potentials from data-based analyses and collaborate closely with product management, partner management, controlling, and customer support.
• Consulting & Enablement: Serve as a point of contact for analytical questions, supporting teams in defining suitable metrics and finding solutions.
• Data Architecture: Design scalable reporting and tracking structures independently of specific tools, fostering a sustainable data-driven approach.
• Innovation: Work with our Data Science team to create innovative, AI-driven features for our customers. Evaluate new technologies for their value to Business Intelligence and integrate suitable solutions into existing processes.

Requirements

• Education: A completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitatively focused field.
• Experience: Initial practical experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Tracking, or Data Science, ideally in a digital environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in handling data-driven questions.
• Hands-On Mentality: Independent and goal-oriented work with a structured and precise approach to analytical tasks.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge in Web-Analytics and data visualization. Practical experience with databases, especially SQL, ETL-Pipelines, and Python development.
• Product Understanding & Curiosity: Strong interest in understanding how our product works, customer behavior, and factors influencing their decisions. You delve into root causes and ask the right questions.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level).
